On behalf of Brown’s Volkswagen, We want to send a personal message to you to let you know how we are responding to the situation. We take our responsibility to our customers, our staff, and our community very seriously.
We have been following the guidelines from the Government sources for accurate and up-to-date information, and our preparedness plan reflects those inputs. As things evolve over time, we are actively monitoring the situation and assessing risks, and are ready to implement immediate changes to ensure an even higher level of safety.
We are taking sensible steps to help protect our staff. We are pausing travel for training, maintaining a safe distance, as well as making it easier for our staff to take the time they need to care for themselves (or their families) in the event they are directly affected by COVID-19. At our dealership we have a FULL-time employee solely dedicated to cleaning all public areas (including customer lounge, door handles, bathrooms, and other commonly touched surfaces.) with hospital-grade disinfectant.
As set out in the guidelines from the Government; anyone, (including our staff), who is experiencing any flu-like symptoms, OR who has travelled out of the country recently, we ask that you please refrain from visiting dealership at this time.
